David, bodybuilder, power lifter, and kettlebell instructor has been training for over 20 years. His specialization is in strength and endurance training. David attended California State University at Chico, and received his B.S. in Health Science with an emphasis in Health and Community Services. Through discipline, proper eating, and strength training, David has committed his life to training himself and others. As a result, he placed 1st place in five out of six power-lifting competitions.
After an ankle accident that left him with degenerative arthritis, his doctors told him that he would be unable to function normally again. Rather then accept defeat, David set out in search of a different solution, acupuncture, massage, chiropractor, and other alternative forms of healing. The breakthrough finally came when he discovered full body movements, a workout that encompassed cardio, flexibility, and strength workout all at once. Kettlebell is one style of full body movement workouts that allowed him to regain his flexibility, strength, and endurance.
David is Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified by the Dragon Door and has worked with elite trainers in the Kettlebell industry, such as Pavel Tsatsouline, Dan John, Franz Snideman, Dr. Mark Cheng all at the Hardstyle Ventura. David’s mission is to help you build the body of your dreams.
